Signage FAQ

Our goal is to make your signage unique to you and your needs, so it’s impossible to give a definitive answer on this, however, there is an average timeline we see for different types of signage.
  • Wall signs: 4-8 weeks
  • Ground signs: 6-12 weeks

We want to give you one less thing to worry about, so our signs come with a 5 year warranty on all parts, labor and lighting. This means you will pay $0 to keep your sign functioning and looking great. A well built sign will require little maintenance, however, if there is an occasional light outage, all your needs will be handled by us.

Custom signage can be all over the map with pricing- factors that impact the cost include size, quality, customization, and any warranty associated with the sign. Our goal is to make your sign the first of its kind while keeping your budget in mind. Although there is no definitive pricing, there is a range we see for different types of signage:

A more basic wall sign like this ranges between $6,900 to $9,400.

A wall sign like this could range from $11,241 to $15,207.

A ground sign with an electronic message board could range from $29,466 to $39,864.

Whereas, a more basic ground sign like this ranges around $11,291 to $15,275.

The process to get a permit is handled by your licensed sign company, and you can count on us to drive this process from start to finish! Once we find the type of signage you want, our permit department works behind the scenes to get the rules your landlord and the city you’re zoned in needs you to abide by. After we have an understanding of what you’re allowed to have, our design team will create a unique design that follows the guidelines of the landlord and city. When a design is approved, our permit specialist will start gathering various documents like a land survey, engineering drawings, site plans, etc so we can submit a sign permit to the city. After a permit is approved, the city will require a final sign inspection once the sign has been installed. These inspections will be scheduled by our permit department, so you have nothing to worry about!

Our award winning design team will make your vision come to life. Don’t worry if you don’t have a design concept or logo yet, we can help you develop a creative design that fits your business. We will work with you to find a concept for your sign, then our designers will take that concept and develop several sign options for you to choose from. These design proofs will include PMS color codes, materials used, and the structure of the sign. This step is one of the most exciting as we strive to exceed your design expectations.

In order to obtain a design and price, there are a few things you should be prepared to give us:

  • Address
  • Limitations
  • Target Budget
  • Scope of work
  • Design inspiration (optional)

Once we have all the necessary information, we will develop a design and after we have a winning concept, we will prepare an estimate.
